You can add this later. If you enter a CDL number, choose the state that issued it. Spaces and dashes are ignored, so it does not matter how you type it.

Required. Upload a clear photo or PDF of your license (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF — under 10 MB).

By creating an account, you allow ATDSA to store your account details and any license image or PDF you upload so staff can verify and deliver member services. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing email from ATDSA, does not guarantee a service outcome, and does not take payment online — a salesperson completes membership by phone or referral.
